When Drew and Mandy Christenson opened Think Ink Promotions in March of 2006, they had no idea how quickly the business would expand. Before long, business owners, ball teams and civic organizations were calling with questions and orders for screen printing and more. The company also began offering sublimation, embroidery, vinyl lettering, photos applied to mugs and shirts and practically any type of promotional item from pencils to hand lotions.

When the Christensons started to design spirit wear with White House and Heritage logos, they uncovered a previously underserved need within the community to show school and community pride through apparel. Think Ink began setting up at local football games, offering the items to an eager crowd. By the first anniversary of the company, a new store was opening to provide shopping opportunities beyond the games.

Besides fostering the spread of school spirit, the school logo apparel sold by Think Ink yields a portion of the proceeds to the schools and booster clubs. “We wanted to cater to the schools and fill their needs,” Drew explained. The program is one of the many ways the couple supports the community.

The business expanded yet again to include boutique and gift items. “We strive to keep the merchandise fresh and on trend,” sales executive Pauletta Epley noted. The items are selected to meet the needs of busy moms who stop to shop for spirit wear and want to pick up something for themselves or for gifts while they visit. Merchandise is available in a broad selection and price range and is supplemented frequently providing convenience for customers to choose a gift, a card and have it wrapped all in one stop.
